We select high-strength gray cast iron (HT250/HT300) or nodular cast iron (QT500-7, QT600-3), giving consideration to shock absorption, wear resistance and fatigue resistance, especially suitable for high-load working conditions under high-speed reciprocating motion of robots.


The internal structure of the casting is compact and the metallographic structure is uniform, which ensures long-term operation without deformation and stability.


Accurate size and consistent repetition-tolerance control reaches CT7 level.


Relying on digital modeling, high-density foam molding and vacuum negative pressure pouring system, we realize the dimensional control accuracy within ±0.3mm, and the batch consistency is high, which perfectly matches the strict requirements of the robot for assembly accuracy and motion repeatability.
