  • Wear Resistance Testing – Surface hardness and wear tests for high-wear components like plowshares and disc blades to ensure service life.
  • NDT – Magnetic Particle (MT) or Ultrasonic (UT) testing for critical load-bearing parts (e.g., gearbox housing, suspension arm) to eliminate internal defects.
  • Dimensional Inspection – CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) checks for mounting holes and mating surface accuracy.
Customization Service Process:
  1. You provide drawings or physical samples.
  2. We design molds (shell mold pattern or wax injection die).
  3. First article trial → dimensional & performance validation → mass production.
  4. Shipment includes material certificate and dimensional inspection report.
