We specialize in manufacturing Large Iron Castings, including Machine Tool Castings and Pump Housings. To meet diverse structural and precision requirements for large parts, we offer two advanced processes:

• Lost Foam Casting : Uses expandable polystyrene (EPS) foam patterns embedded in dry sand with vibration compaction. During pouring, the foam vaporizes, leaving a casting with no parting lines or cores—ideal for complex shapes with intricate internal cavities, such as Machine Bed, Column, and Pump Volute. Dimensional accuracy reaches CT8-9 grade with superior surface finish compared to resin sand, eliminating core shift issues. This process is especially cost-effective for medium-to-large batch complex castings.

• Resin Sand Casting : Uses furan or alkaline phenolic resin self-hardening sand, offering great flexibility for extremely large castings (up to dozens of tons). It is highly economical for single-piece or small-batch large structures like Base and Worktable, with accuracy of CT9-11 grade and adequate strength for heavy loads. Resin sand castings have high internal density, making them suitable for pressure-retaining parts such as Pump Body.
