Our high-precision ductile iron robot castings are specially developed for industrial automation and robotic equipment. Made of premium nodular cast iron (QT450/QT500 series), these robotic structural parts feature high strength, excellent toughness, vibration resistance and stable mechanical performance, fully meeting the long-term high-load operation requirements of automated production lines.

Compared with ordinary gray iron castings, our ductile iron robot castings have better tensile strength, impact resistance and fatigue resistance. The spherical graphite structure effectively reduces stress concentration, ensuring stable operation, accurate positioning and low vibration during robot high-speed movement and frequent startup and stop.
