Our cast iron reducer housing, also known as gearbox shell, is the key casing component for industrial speed reducers and gear transmission units, normally made of high grade gray cast iron HT200 or HT250, which features high rigidity, good vibration absorption and excellent sealing performance, protecting internal gears, bearings and lubricating oil during continuous heavy-load operation. This gearbox casting adopts reinforced rib structure and integrated multi-bore design, the mounting holes and flange structure are integrally cast to ensure assembly accuracy and stable bearing capacity. We can produce reducer housing according to customer drawings or samples, strictly control wall thickness, hole position and flatness, carry out raw material inspection and defect detection to check sand holes, shrinkage and air porosity. We can supply raw casting blanks or provide stress relief annealing, shot blasting, machining and surface anti-rust treatment.
