Our cast iron manhole cover castings are mainly made of ductile iron or grey cast iron, produced by automatic sand casting process. These castings are widely used in municipal roads, urban drainage, sewer, gas and communication engineering for underground pipeline access and safety protection. The manhole cover castings feature high compressive strength, strong impact resistance, good anti-settling and anti-theft performance, and can bear different vehicle loads according to EN124 standard. We support customized sizes, shapes, load grades and logo patterns based on customer drawings or requirements. After casting, we provide shot blasting, painting and surface anti-corrosion treatment services to improve rust resistance and service life. Every batch of manhole cover castings will undergo hardness test, load bearing test, dimension inspection and visual defect check before shipment, strictly control casting defects such as pores and shrinkage cavities to ensure safety performance.
