We specialize in manufacturing Duplex Stainless Steel Pump & Valve Castings using grades such as 2205 (UNS S31803/S32205) and 2507 (UNS S32750) super duplex stainless steel, as well as conventional austenitic grades like CF8M, 316L, and 1.4408. Duplex stainless steel offers a combination of austenitic toughness and ferritic high strength with excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance. With tensile strength exceeding 620 MPa, it is twice as strong as standard 316 stainless steel, making it ideal for high chloride environments such as seawater and chemical media.
