For medium-to-large stainless steel castings such as Split Case Pump Bodies and Globe Valve Bodies, we offer flexible process combinations to meet your specific requirements.
Sand Casting (Resin sand / Sodium silicate sand)
Suitable for 50kg–500kg split case pump bodies, cost-effective for small-to-medium batches. Dimensional accuracy reaches CT9-11 grade with surface quality meeting pressure containment requirements.
Lost Foam + Precision Shell Process
Combines the complex shaping capability of lost foam with the high surface finish of precision shell. Ideal for split case pump bodies with intricate flow passages. No parting lines means fewer burrs, achieving CT7-9 grade accuracy and significantly reducing machining.
Investment Casting
Suitable for smaller valve castings like Globe Valve Bodies and Gate Valve Bodies in the 5kg–50kg range. Surface finish can reach Ra ≤ 6.3μm, requiring little to no post-machining.
