Our stainless steel and cast steel valve body castings are core housing components of industrial pipeline valves. Manufactured by precision casting process, these valve body castings feature dense metallographic structure, high pressure resistance and reliable anti-corrosion performance. The inner cavity is smoothly formed to reduce fluid resistance. Every casting will undergo visual inspection, dimensional measurement, non-destructive testing and hydrostatic pressure test to ensure no leakage under rated working pressure.
We support customized production according to customer drawings, multiple material grades including WCB, CF8, CF8M. After casting, blanks can be processed by polishing, machining of sealing surface and flange holes. It can be made into gate valve, globe valve, check valve and ball valve bodies for different working media.
