Our stainless steel pump casing casting is a core pressure-bearing component for industrial centrifugal pumps, chemical pumps and self-priming pumps, manufactured by precision casting process with optional material including SS304, SS316, cast iron according to customer working condition requirements. This pump housing features excellent corrosion resistance, high tensile strength and good pressure resistance, suitable for conveying clean water, sewage, weak acid and alkali liquid in chemical industry, water treatment, food and pharmaceutical fields. We can produce pump body strictly following customers’ drawings or samples, control dimensional tolerance, wall thickness and surface finish accurately, all raw materials will be inspected before casting and finished castings will go through penetration test and pressure test if required to avoid sand hole, shrinkage and crack defects. The casting blank can be supplied directly, or we can provide subsequent machining, polishing and drilling services, meet different assembly demands of pump manufacturers. This pump shell casting has integrated flow channel structure to reduce fluid resistance and improve pump operating efficiency, widely used in water supply, drainage, chemical liquid circulation and other fluid delivery systems.
