Our butterfly valve body castings are mainly made of ductile iron or grey cast iron, manufactured by automatic horizontal molding line sand casting process. These valve castings are widely used in water supply, sewage treatment, chemical industry, power plant and general industrial pipeline systems for medium cut-off and flow regulation. The valve body features compact structure, high tensile strength, good pressure resistance and excellent sealing performance, which can withstand different medium pressure in long-term pipeline operation. We support custom production according to customer drawings or samples, including different nominal diameters, flange types and mounting structures. After casting, we provide CNC machining, drilling, surface painting and other post-processing services to meet strict dimensional tolerance and assembly requirements. Every batch of valve body castings will undergo raw material spectral analysis, hardness testing, pressure test, visual inspection and dimension measurement before delivery, to check and eliminate casting defects such as pores and shrinkage cavities. The butterfly valve body is the main pressure-bearing shell of butterfly valve, which protects internal valve plate and sealing parts and guarantees stable pipeline operation.
