What gives them strong performance is the high-strength ductile iron castings (QT450-10/QT600-3/QT700-2) that we have carefully built.

Spheroidal graphite cast iron is spheroidized, which has high strength (tensile strength ≥450MPa), high elongation (≥10%) and excellent fatigue resistance, while retaining good vibration damping and wear resistance of cast iron, perfectly balancing lightweight, safety and cost-effectiveness.
Complex structures are integrated to improve system reliability.
The advanced resin sand/shell/high pressure molding technology is adopted to realize the near-net forming of steering knuckle and caliper bracket, reduce welding seam and assembly errors, avoid stress concentration, and significantly improve the consistency of braking response and steering durability.
Stable performance under severe working conditions No matter the huge lateral force during sharp turn or the high temperature impact caused by continuous braking, our ductile iron castings have passed the bench fatigue test (> 10 cycles), salt spray corrosion test and **-40℃ low temperature impact verification * *, ensuring that they are still rock-solid in extreme environment.
