Adopt electric arc furnace +LF refining+vacuum degassing triple melting to accurately control the proportion of C, Mn, Si and trace elements; Combined with water toughening heat treatment (solution treatment), the carbide is completely dissolved, a single austenite structure is obtained, and the potential of the material is maximized.
The service life is significantly prolonged and the comprehensive cost is lower.
